All guided tours, excursions and touristic packages presented in this website are organized by Florencepass di Tocchioni Maurizio, travel agency and tour-operator authorised by the Provincia di Firenze Authority on May, 11th 2010 and, as required by Italian law, registered at the Florence Chamber of Commerce at REA 597006.

All tours are covered by Insurance policy with Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. n. 302200157, for the risks, the indemnity limits and guarantees as indicated in D.L. 111/95.

If not indicated differently, the contract is subject to the provisions of law n. 1084 dated 27/12/1977 and by the directive 90/314 CEE.

Florencepass is not liable in respect of personal injury, loss or damage of luggage or of death. The company is not responsible for any injury, loss of valuables during the tours, delay, inconvenience caused by acts of God or other events which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence by Florencepass, such as wars, floods, unusual severe weather, etc.

If for any reason we are forced to cancel any tour, the client may claim reimbursement only for the sum paid.

Any complaint from the client must be communicated in writing to the company address - Florencepass, via U. Crocetta 5, 50141 Firenze - or by e-mail to tours@florencepass.com, within 10 business days after the date of the tour.

Any disputes will be settled by the Court of Florence.

Cancellations: if communicated in writing to tours@florencepass.com up to 72 hours before scheduled tour starts then 85% of the paid amount will be refunded. Within 72 hours all reservations are final and cannot be refunded. No refund can be granted to clients, who, for any reason, do not show up at scheduled time and starting-point of the tour, or to clients who lose contact with the guide and consequently do not complete the tour.

For operational reasons, due to sudden, unpredictable situations ( strikes, delays, changing in museum and churches opening times or similar problems ) Florencepass can modify itinerary at any time, in order to always provide best quality services. Price of tour will not then be changed.
