Terms and conditions
All guided tours, excursions and touristic packages presented in this website are organized by Florencepass di Tocchioni Maurizio, travel agency and tour operator authorised by the Provincia di Firenze Authority on May, 11th 2010 and, as required by Italian law, registered at the Florence Chamber of Commerce at REA 597006.
All tours are covered by an insurance policy with Assicurazioni FILO DIRETTO n. 1505000760/Q, for the risks, the indemnity limits and guarantees as indicated in D.L. 111/95.
If not indicated differently, the contract is subject to the provisions of law n. 1084 dated 27/12/1977 and by the directive 90/314 CEE.
Florencepass is not liable in respect of personal injury, loss or damage of luggage or of death. The company is not responsible for any injury, loss of valuables during the tours, delay, inconvenience caused by acts of God or other events which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence by Florencepass, such as wars, floods, unusual severe weather, etc.
If for any reason we are forced to cancel any tour, the client may claim reimbursement only for the sum paid.
Any complaint from the client must be communicated in writing to the company address - Florencepass, via Umberto Crocetta 5, 50141 Florence, Italy - or by e-mail to email@example.com, within 10 business days after the date of the tour.
FlorencePass Tour Operator acknowledges 100% refund for small group tours or private tours bookings, if cancelled in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours before tour departure, after cancellation deadline expires, the reservation is considered definitive and no reimboursement can be granted by FlorencePass Tour Operator.
For museums tickets reservations no refund can be granted after our confirmation to the customer.
Florence Pass, your card to visit Florence: writing to email@example.com (our reception notification is required) within 72 hours before the Florence Pass is delivered, a refund of 75% (minus € 10 for the cancellation fee) will be granted.
We don't deliver to private apartments but just to receptions of hotels or BnB within the city of Florence.In case of a booking with delivery to private apartments we will refund amount paid MINUS 10€ per person as agency fees.
Other guided tours: a refund of 75% (minus € 10 per person for the cancellation fee) will be granted.
After that, the reservation is considered definitive and no reimboursement can be granted by FlorencePass Tour Operator.
No refund is possible for:
- customers that do not show up at the meeting point or are late
- customers losing eye-contact with the guide
- customers who decide not to complete the tour.
Disputes are governed by law court in Florence, Italy.
All the tours are run shine or rain.
